Shipping and Delivery

Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure

both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect

and set expectations on our service.

Before We get into the specifics, We would like to emphasize on the following key aspects of our shipping policy:

  • We want to deliver our products to You as quickly as humanly possible, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
  •  Shipping is free for all orders above ₹499
  • Cash On Delivery Charges Rs. ₹49 extra
  • Delivery Time: As Per Pincode Availability & Dispatches!

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Cash on Delivery:

All orders placed with Cash on Delivery Request shall be shipped only after receiving confirmation from Your end. Our Support shall call you in the registered mobile number within 24 hours of placing the Order to get your confirmation on the Orders. We shall try contacting You on the registered mobile number and/ or the email id provided to us and in the event, no response is received from Your end, We shall cancel the request made from Your end. At any time, You may re-order the Products from the Website in accordance with our Terms of Use.

 Please note for all Cash on Delivery Orders, a Cash On delivery Charge of Rs 49/- shall be added to the final amount in addition to the aforementioned Shipping Charges. 

The availability of Cash on Delivery option depends on the ability of our shipment partners servicing at your location to accept cash as a payment at the time of delivery.

Please note that the Charges mentioned against the products does not include the Shipping Charges and Cash On Delivery Charges and is only the actual price of the product. The applicable shipping charges and Cash on Delivery charges are visible only when You check out the products included in the Cart.

Returns

Return Due To Change Of Mind

Elixr will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method of the customer. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Elixr) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

Elixr will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Elixr to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms

Delivery:

Generally the Delivery of your orders shall take place within 5 to 12 days of shipping of the orders. On shipping of your Order, You will get an email from our end to your registered email address stating the details of the shipments and shipment service in which your Order has been shipped.

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5-12 days

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 5 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier company and your shipping address.We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you provide your shipping address during the checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7business days of payment of order Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these for instance, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

Elixr will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at info@elixrbyshelly.com so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Some of the shipment services engaged by us offer tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment email sent from our end.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Products on Demand

Some of the products made available on our Website are products manufactured on demand of the users. We have explicitly stated against such products that they are “Products on Demand”. Any orders made against such “Products on Demand” will be shipped by us within 5 to 10 days of placing the Order. You may at any time after placing the Order contact our Customer Support Executives to know the status of your Orders. All provisions relating to delivery timelines shall be applicable on such products from the date of shipment of such products.

Notwithstanding anything mentioned in aforementioned provisions, we do not guarantee that delivery will happen within any specific timelines as it is completely dependent on the shipment services. Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to:

  • Bad weather conditions;
  • Transportation delays;
  • Political disruptions; or
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, we will proactively reach out to You. Please check your emails for such updates.

To the maximum extent permissible by law, We shall not be liable to You or any other persons for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, consequential damages or loss of profits, revenue or goods incurred by You due to any delay in the delivery of orders.

Duties & Taxes

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be prepaid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country 

Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
